Everybody has their own way dealing with stress, but I will share with you based on my experience.
Below are few steps on how to release stress :-
1) Perform prayer and yoga
Thousands of studies have shown that prayers will help your body to balance the blood pressure and stabilize your heart beat. If you are a muslim, try solat sunat and spend more time in sujud position. There are certain parts of our brain which are unreacheable by blood circulation, except when you do sujud. Some researches also proved that yoga exercise will help you to relax your body and mind. Stretching and holding a postures also causes muscle to lengthen which the body a longer and leaner look. If you don't even know how to do yoga, just try sit down at a very quiet place with cross-legged and breathing slowly. Empty your mind, and think about good things will happen in the future.
2) Learn to forgive people, and forgive yourself.
A lot of people are getting stressed out due to dealing with complex human nature. Nobody likes daily boring task and to some extend some people even getting mad and plan to do revenge to their bosses, colleagues, even their family members. Other people makes mistakes so do we. Before you go to bed, you must learn to forgive all people around you and forgive yourself, so that tomorrow will be a better day for you.
3) Listen to music
Never listen to any rock, heavy metal, or sad songs. It will make you even worse. Rock music stimulates your heartbeat to run faster, and sad songs will make you feel demotivated. The best type of music to listen are jazz, soul and ballads. Some people will prefer to listen to religious songs. For Muslims, they will listen to recite of the Quran that give peace and calm mind.
4) Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oil to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these essential oils widely believe to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and promote whole-body healing. You can try find something smells nice such flowers, and put in your house, office or toilet.
5) Massage
You do not need to go to full body massage to get rid of stress. The easiest way to massage is by using your finger and massage your neck and head. Take a break to relax your muscles. Stretch your body parts one-by-one during free time at work.
6) Run away from stressor
Stressor is an event, condition, or experience that causes you stress.
Try as hard as you can dealing with these stressor. If you cannot stand for it, Run away from the stressor. If you dont like your job, just quit and search for other job. If your relationship always give you more pressure than happiness, it is better for you to break up and move on to a new life. Find a new environment that will cause you less stress and you will live happily.
7) Control your food intake
Avoid caffeinated drinks beverages, high fatty acids food, sugar, alcoholic drinks
Take foods that contain high in Vitamin B. Eat fruits drink alot of plain water.

keep on with your good work..use a simple english if possible..so the secondary or primary even senior citizen can understand....as we knew there are more information in english
