What can you do to become smarter ?
You should follow / know these tips to "appear" smart :-
1. Hold your tongue, not literally, figuratively.
2. Have a tight leash over your anger.
3. Turn away from a dispute as much as possible.
4. Avoid misunderstandings.
5. Talk with people, and not behind them.
6. Never gossip.
7. Delete Candy Crush app and install Lumosity .
8. Work your brain more than your body.
9. Newspaper is not all about news, it is also a paper; get creative.
10. Think twice before you act, but not thrice.
11. Have a career, have a hobby.
12. Don't aim for the moon. Aim for what you think you want to achieve.
13. Don't just buy books, read them.
14. Read your academic subjects also, not just Quora.
15. Spectacles doesn't mean you are a geek. It means your eye sight is poor.
16. Learn the conversation tricks.
17. Learn how to smile while crying.
18. Learn how to earn your own money.
19. No matter how strong your stomach is, alcohol is stronger. Remember.
20. Make more acquaintances and less, but real friends.
21. Don't just listen, laugh along with them.
22. You can buy a thing, not a person. There is no choice, and no competition. Know that.
23. Realize society will always criticize you.

How to Reduce Your Stress
Stress is a major problem for many people. A hectic, stressful job, a chaotic home life, bills to worry about, and bad habits such as unhealthy eating, drinking and smoking can lead to a mountain of stress.
If your life is full of stress, like mine once was, there are some simple things you can do to get your life to a more manageable level.
I won’t guarantee that all of these will work for you. They worked for me, but each person is different. Pick and choose the ones that will work best for you, and give them a try. One at a time.
1. Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine.
Avoid, or at least reduce, your consumption of nicotine and any drinks containing caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants and so will increase your level of stress rather than reduce it
2. Indulge in Physical Activity
Stressful situations increase the level of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol in your body.
3. Get More Sleep
A lack of sleep is a significant cause of stress. Unfortunately though, stress also interrupts our sleep as thoughts keep whirling through our heads, stopping us from relaxing enough to fall asleep.
4. Try Relaxation Techniques
Each day, try to relax with a stress reduction technique. There are many tried and tested ways to reduce stress so try a few and see what works best for you.
5. Talk to Someone
Just talking to someone about how you feel can be helpful. Talking can work by either distracting you from your stressful thoughts or releasing some of the built-up tension by discussing it.
6. Keep a Stress Diary
Keeping a stress diary for a few weeks is an effective stress management tool as it will help you become more aware of the situations which cause you to become stressed.
7. Take Control
Stress can be triggered by a problem that may on the surface seem impossible to solve. Learning how to find solutions to your problems will help you feel more in control thereby lowering your level of stress.
8. Manage Your Time
At times, we all feel overburdened by our 'To Do' list and this is a common cause of stress. Accept that you can not do everything at once and start to prioritise and diarise your tasks.
Make a list of all the things that you need to do and list them in order of genuine priority. Note what tasks you need to do personally and what can be delegated to others to do. Record which tasks need to be done immediately, in the next week, in the next month, or when time allows.
9. Learn to Say ‘No’
A common cause of stress is having too much to do and too little time in which to do it. And yet in this situation, many people will still agree to take on additional responsibility. Learning to say “No” to additional or unimportant requests will help to reduce your level of stress, and may also help you develop more self-confidence.
10. Rest If You Are Ill
If you are feeling unwell, do not feel that you have to carry on regardless. A short spell of rest will enable the body to recover faster.

Minyak Petrol Ron 95 dan Ron 97. Mana satu lagi jimat ?
Assalamualaikum w.b.t dan selamat sejahtera semua. Terdetik hati saya untuk membuat kira-kira semula tentang perbelanjaan harian, antaranya penggunaan minyak petrol pada kereta.
Post kali ni saya nak kongsi kan serba sedikit mengikut pengalaman saya sendiri menjalankan kajian perbezaan minyak petrol Ron 95 dan Ron 97 keluaran Petronas. Tujuan saya buat kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenal pasti minyak jenis manakah yang lebih jimat?
Harga pasaran minyak petrol pada ketika itu ialah 8 Januari 2017 :
RON 97 = RM2.40 per liter
RON 95 = RM2.10 per liter
1) Bahan-bahan kajian yang digunakan :
a) Minyak petrol - Jenis Ron 95 dan Ron 97 , Petronas
b) Kereta - Jenis Honda City enjin 1.5 , keluaran tahun 2014
c) RM100 tunai - Sebab nak isi dua kali. RM50 untuk RON97 , RM50 untuk RON97.
Jadi, kajian saya ialah sana nak pastikan setiap kali saya isi minyak berharga RM50, berapa jauh kereta saya dapat pergi.
2) Isian pertama isi minyak RON97 sebanyak RM50
a) Bacaan meter sebelum isi : 2576.2 km
b) Bacaan meter selepas guna : 2892.5 km
Jumlah jarak (b) - (a) = 2892.5 km - 2576.2 km
= 316.3 km
Kadar penggunaan = 316.3 km / RM50
= 6.326
Apabila saya isi RM50 minyak petrol jenis RON 97, kereta saya dapat pergi sejauh 316.3 km.
Seumpamanya dengan isi minyak RM1, anda dapat pergi sejauh 6.326 km.
3) Isian kedua minyak petrol RON95 sebanyak RM50
a) Bacaan meter sebelum isi : 2892.5 km
b) Bacaan meter selepas guna : 3200.4 km
Jumlah jarak (b) - (a) = 3200.4 km - 2892.5 km
= 307.9km
= 307.9km
Kadar penggunaan, 307.9 km / RM50 = 6.162
Jadi, apabila saya isi RM50 minyak petrol jenis RON 95, kereta saya dapat pergi sejauh 307.9 km.
Seumpamanya dengan isi minyak RM1, anda dapat pergi sejauh 6.162 km.
4) Permerhatian lain-lain ketika kajian
a) Enjin kereta saya kedengaran lebih senyap sedikit ketika menggunakan minyak petrol RON 97.
b) Enjin kereta saya lebih berat (solid) ketika menggunakan minyak petrol RON 97.
Kesimpulan
Penggunaan minyak petrol RON97 adalah lebih jimat sebanyak 16.4% daripada minyak petrol RON 95.
